Public are urged to Stay Home to Save Lives
Northamptonshire's senior leaders are urging the public to keep saving lives – by continuing to stay at home.
As the experts report that the UK appears to have passed the peak of new coronavirus infections there are fears people will draw their own conclusions and decide this is the time to relax social distancing measures.

Corona Virus Support Line for Vulnerable People
Following the successful appeal last week to find volunteers to help those in need in Northamptonshire during the coronavirus pandemic, a new support line has now been launched to support the most vulnerable members of our community.

Northamptonshire Advanced Motorists
Four young drivers in Northamptonshire have become the latest graduates of a scheme working to improve the safety of the county's roads, taking the number of drivers who have now passed the Northampton Advanced Motorists advanced driving course to more than 1,000.

Planned Closure - A45 East - Sunday 26th January
Information received this morning from Highways England.
Highways England wish to notify you that for safety reasons, their contractor Western Power Distribution, will have one lane closed on the A45 Eastbound between Rushden Lakes roundabout & Chowns Mill roundabout, Sunday 26th January from 0700hrs to 1400hrs, please plan your journey as some delay may be encountered.
