* those people live together
* the gathering is essential for a work purpose
* the gathering is a funeral

- moving house
- helping a vulnerable person
- participating legal proceedings
- helping in an emergency

Coronavirus Postpones Election
We now have confirmation from the Government that the local elections due to be held on 7 May 2020 are postponed to May 2021.
For most parish and town councils in Northamptonshire the effect will be to add on another year to the already extended term of office. Existing councillors will now have a six year term. It is expected that some vacancies in Wilby will arise as those who were expecting to stand... Read More »
